In New Orleans, oysters aren’t just food—they’re a favorite pastime. Maybe your spot is Felix’s on Bourbon Street, where you can settle in to people watch for hours, or perhaps you slip out of the Penthouse and tare a few steps down Iberville for a dozen on the half shell. Maybe you’re loyal to Acme, the Bourbon House, or one of the elegant institutions of the Brennan’s.

For me, some of my favorite memories are from living on Royal Street and wandering into the Royal House for fried oysters at breakfast, I didn’t really like oysters , but I really didn’t like cooking more, and a hurricane was rolling through. There were my first fried oysters  tasted as an adult and they were hot and crisp like chicken nuggets an ...think the shucking guy probably had one of them fancy ankles bracelets…. Another story for another necklace….

That’s the magic of New Orleans—where oysters can be breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply an excuse to gather with friends and celebrate the city we love.

This necklace was inspired by those memories and the unmistakable spirit of New Orleans. Designed to capture the color, charm, and tradition of our city, it’s a wearable reminder of long lunches, late nights, and the simple joy of sharing oysters with the people you love.
