Returns & Repairs Policy

Don’t Wear My Glasses™

Each piece from Don’t Wear My Glasses™ is handcrafted with intention, precision, and love in New Orleans. Because our jewelry is handmade and often custom-designed, we handle returns and exchanges with care and fairness.

Defects Upon Arrival

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, please email us as soon as possible with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of what occurred

  • Your order number

Once received, our team will review the information and respond within 24 hours to determine the best solution.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.


Custom Designs

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders (including specific colors, charms, lengths, names, krewe requests, or themed designs), we cannot offer refunds on custom pieces.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your custom design, we may offer an exchange for an item of equal value, pending review. In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping

  • The exchanged item must be unused and in original condition


General Exchanges

For non-custom items, exchanges may be considered within a reasonable timeframe if the item is unworn and in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise approved.
