2. Product Information & Handmade Nature

All jewelry is handcrafted. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our designs:

  • Slight variations in bead placement, color tone, or charm alignment may occur

  • No two pieces are exactly identical

  • Measurements may vary slightly

These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of our brand and do not qualify as defects.

3. Custom Orders

Custom designs (including specific colors, lengths, names, krewe designs, themed requests, or personalized charms):

  • Are final sale

  • Cannot be refunded once production begins

  • May not be canceled after materials have been allocated

We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders if incorrect pricing has been displayed

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order leaves our studio and is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

6. Returns & Defects

If a defect is reported upon arrival and determined to be a manufacturer issue, we will work to provide a replacement.

Custom pieces are non-refundable.

7. Repairs

Due to the delicate and detailed nature of beaded jewelry:

  • Wear and tear may occur over time

  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, impact, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturer defect

Repair services may be offered at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, collections, photographs, descriptions, logos, brand elements, and creative content are the intellectual property of Don’t Wear My Glasses™.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce designs

  • Resell designs as your own

  • Use our images or branding without written permission

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don’t Wear My Glasses™ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Allergic reactions to materials

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of jewelry

  • Losses exceeding the original purchase price

Jewelry should be worn responsibly and kept away from small children and pets.

10. Wholesale & Vendor Orders

Wholesale agreements may be subject to separate contractual terms. Vendor policies may differ from retail terms and will be provided individually.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
