Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order before shipment.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Custom or Made-to-Order Designs: Processed within up to 3 business days, depending on order volume and design details.

• Large Group / Krewe / Event Orders: Production timelines will be discussed and confirmed prior to fulfillment.

During peak seasons (including Mardi Gras, holidays, or high-volume periods), processing times may extend slightly. If any delay occurs beyond the stated timeframe, we will notify you directly.
